• Oten Trust ("we," "our," "us") helps users verify website legitimacy and detect phishing or unsafe domains. As our services expand to include business verification and dispute resolution, we remain committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly and securely.

1. Information We Collect

• Depending on how you interact with Oten Trust, we collect the following types of data:
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and access time (used for performance monitoring and security).
Input Data: URLs you submit for automated analysis or report as suspicious.
Appeal & Dispute Data: Information provided when you contest a trust score, which may include your contact email, domain ownership proof, and written explanations.
Business Verification Data (For Trust Badge): To apply for a Trust Badge, you must provide identifying information, including your corporate email address (domain-matched), company name, contact details, and a copy of your Business License or equivalent legal registration documents.

2. How We Use Information

• We may integrate with threat intelligence partners (e.g., Google Safe Browsing, Tinnhiemmang). These services may process submitted URLs to validate safety.

3. Data Retention

• General URL Submissions: Retained only as long as necessary for analysis, debugging, and AI model improvement. No personal profiles are created from casual queries.
• Business & Appeal Data: Business licenses, contact details, and appeal histories are stored securely for as long as your Trust Badge is active or your dispute is on record, to maintain an audit trail of verification.

4. Publicly Disclosed Information

• If you are granted an Oten Trust Badge, certain information will be made public so end-users can verify the badge's authenticity. This includes your Verified Company Name, Verified Domain, and the Date of Issuance. We will never publicly display your sensitive documents (like your Business License).

5. Third-Party Services & International Transfers

• We may integrate with threat intelligence partners (e.g., Google Safe Browsing, Tinnhiemmang). These services may process submitted URLs to validate safety. As a global service, your data may be processed in regions outside your country of residence, strictly following equivalent security standards.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using Oten Trust, submitting URLs, or applying for a Trust Badge, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Service Description

• Oten Trust provides automated website risk analysis using AI and threat intelligence sources. We also offer dispute resolution and business verification services. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and our results should not replace human judgment.

3. User Responsibilities & Reporting Rules

• Submit URLs for legitimate verification or reporting only.
• No Malicious Reporting: You may not use our "Submit Suspicious URL" feature or automated bots to spam reports, falsely flag competitors, or manipulate trust scores.
• Do not use the service for data scraping or unauthorized commercial exploitation.

4. Appeals & Disputes

• If you believe a domain has been unfairly categorized, you may submit an appeal.
• You must provide accurate information and proof of remediation if the site was previously compromised.
• Final Discretion: Oten Trust reserves the right to evaluate appeals using our internal criteria. We hold the sole discretion to adjust or maintain the current Trust Score. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee a score change.

5. Trust Badge Program

• Businesses may apply for a Trust Badge to display on their verified domains.
Verification Requirements: You must verify your identity via a valid domain-matched email and successfully upload a legitimate, government-issued Business License.
Right of Revocation: Oten Trust reserves the right to deny, suspend, or permanently revoke a Trust Badge at any time, without prior notice, if we detect fraudulent verification documents, if the domain subsequently hosts malicious content, or if the domain changes ownership.
Usage Restrictions: The Trust Badge must only be displayed on the exact domain it was approved for. You may not alter the badge's design, code, or link structure.

6. Intellectual Property

• All text, visuals, AI models, and code belong to Oten Technologies LLC. Users may not reproduce or redistribute our analysis results for commercial gain without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Oten Technologies LLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from reliance on analysis results, service interruptions, or external website actions. We are not liable for any loss of revenue or reputation a business may experience while categorized as "suspicious" or while awaiting an appeal decision.
